D. Majumdar & Associates is hiring an Associate Advocate with experience of 0 to 2 years to join their office in Kolkata.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Associate Advocate will be responsible for providing legal support, conducting legal research, drafting documents, and assisting with case preparation.
• They will also be involved in client communication, attending court hearings, and collaborating with the legal team.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law. 
• Prior experience of 0-2 years (freshers may apply) 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstratable experience/ keen interest in tax laws or commercial disputes or both.
• Skill to conduct Legal Research and Document Drafting.
• Understanding of legal procedures and regulations.
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative.
