Agraa Legal (the “Firm”) is a law firm founded in the year 2011 by legal professionals from both Bar and the Bench. 

The Firm is an amalgam of young lawyers providing varied and specialized legal services to its clientele ranging amongst Indian and multi-national companies, business groups, corporate houses, banks and financial institutions, non–banking financial companies, real estate and construction companies, individuals, public sector undertakings, MSME, trusts, co-operatives societies, clubs, associations, etc. 

Details of the Job/Internship

Agraa Legal is looking for Associates with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in general corporate law. The office is located in Bengaluru.

Eligibility

• 1-3 years of PQE in General Corporate/M&A/PE/VC, gained at a law firm or in-house.
• Strong academic background.
• Proficiency in drafting, legal research, and oral communication.
• Hands-on experience in legal due diligence and report preparation.
• Expertise in drafting and reviewing complex legal documents for transactions and general commercial contracts.
• Experience in providing general corporate advisory.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
