Details of the Job/Internship

Mind Legal is hiring an Associate to join them in their Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Keen interest in land acquisition related matters, especially under the National Highways Act, 1956, Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation, and Resettlement Act, 2013 (RFCTLARR), and Land Acquisition under the Railway Act,

Eligibility

• Fresh law graduates (0-1 year PQE) are encouraged to apply.
• Ideal candidates should have a strong interest in Land Acquisition Law and be eager to learn and grow with hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
• Available in Delhi for interview and ready to join by 01.12.2024. 

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
