Amit Gupta Advocate is hiring an Associate with 4 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi. The role involves conducting legal research and analysis, drafting legal documents and contracts, attending client meetings, and representing clients in court. The position also includes preparing case files, collaborating with senior lawyers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft legal documents, contracts, and pleadings.
- Attend client meetings and represent clients in court.
- Collaborate with senior lawyers on case strategy and preparation.
- Prepare and maintain case files.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent qualification.
- Membership with the Bar Council of India.
- Minimum 4 years of experience.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Experience in drafting legal documents and contracts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to represent clients in court and attend client meetings.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
