The Indian Journal of Law and Society (IJLS) invites submissions from law students and professionals interested in contributing to the field of law and socially relevant issues for its November 2024 issue (Vol. II, Issue VI).
Topic of paper/Blog
This call for papers aims to promote scholarly discourse and advance legal knowledge. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
- Constitutional Law and Governance.
- Criminal Law and Justice.
- Commercial Law and Business Regulations.
- Environmental Law and Sustainability.
- Intellectual Property Rights and Technology Law.
- Human Rights and Social Justice.
- Comparative Law and Legal Systems.
- International Law and Global Governance.
- Legal Education and Pedagogy.
- Emerging Trends and Contemporary Legal Issues.
Types of Submission and Word Limit
The following categories (including footnotes):
- Articles: 3500-6000 words.
- Essays: 2500-3500 words.
- Case notes/comments: 2000-3000 words.
- Book Review/Legislative Comments: 1000-1500 words.
