Bayfront Law LLC is hiring a Conveyancing Lawyer to join their office in Singapore.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Conveyancing Lawyer will be responsible for handling real estate transactions, drafting legal documents, conducting property searches, and providing legal advice on conveyancing matters.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in Real Estate Law, Conveyancing, and Property Transactions.
• Experience in drafting legal documents and conducting property searches.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Admission to the Singapore Bar.
• Bachelor's degree in Law.

Salary/Stipend
