Details of the Job/Internship

ABD Group is hiring a Corporate Lawyer to join their legal team with experience of 4-6 years to join their Bengaluru office. 

Role and Responsibilities

As a Corporate Lawyer, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters related to real estate transactions and corporate affairs. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. 

• Provide legal advice and support on real estate transactions and corporate matters.
• Review and negotiate various legal contracts and agreements.
• Conduct legal research on relevant laws and regulations.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and legal opinions.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and potential liabilities.
• Assist in corporate governance matters and compliance issues.
• Handle legal disputes and litigation matters.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel and represent the company in legal proceedings.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the real estate industry and corporate law.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law. 
• 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience as a Corporate Lawyer, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of real estate transactions and corporate law.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases.
• Knowledge of residential law and related regulations.
