Role and Responsibilities

The Corporate Lawyer will manage legal and statutory compliance, regulatory compliance, environmental clearances, sustainability initiatives, business certifications, government registrations, licenses, and project planning.

Eligibility

• Legal research, Legal drafting, and Compliance management skills.
• Knowledge of business registrations, government licenses, and permits.
• Experience in project planning, plant setups, and business funding.
• Understanding of environmental clearances and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in corporate law and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field, with relevant certifications.
