Details of the Job/Internship
Abhinav Immigration is hiring an Immigration Consultant to join them at their Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for counselling enquiries, walking in clients, and selling our services over the phone and by email in person.
- Advice on the available overseas options will enable the candidates and their families to make an educated choice and the right decision.
- Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration visa laws and policies.
- Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate’s profile.
- Provide a personal career strategy customised to their needs.
- Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.
- Meet the assigned targets.
- Communicating with clients and understanding their immigration requirements.
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
- Preferred Location: Mumbai, Delhi.
Eligibility
- Desired Skills and Experience: - 2 to 4 years of relevant industry experience.
- Prior experience in Immigration Sales is highly recommended. Having prior experience selling business and investor programs will give you a higher weightage.
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with computers and the Internet.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude: Outgoing and positive with a passion for learning and growing.
- Team skills and strong relationship-building skills.
- Languages known: English, Hindi, Punjabi(Optional)
