They provide a comprehensive suite of services that go beyond traditional transactional legal advice; they function as your in-house General Counsel or Chief Operating Officer, providing seamless support across all stages of the investment process and closing deals. 

Details of the Job/Internship

They are looking for a person with experience working with private market funds to join them as as Associate or Paralegal. They offer a fully remote role with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Your primary responsibility will support private equity fund reviews, secondary transactions, and fund formation/fund operations projects. 

Eligibility

• Be highly motivated to deliver high-quality work; 
• Used to working in a fast-paced environment; 
• Comfortable with working remotely;
• Willingness to travel to London twice per year; and 
• Have at least 5 years of prior experience with private markets funds, ideally for a law firm or a fund manager. 

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
