Details of the Job/Internship
ASC Group is hiring a Labour Law Compliance Advisor with experience to join their office in Bengaluru. This is a full-time on-site role involving labour law compliance management, documentation, reporting, audits, and advisory support to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports and maintain necessary documentation.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and ensure timely compliance.
- Conduct audits and coordinate with clients.
- Provide advisory support to ensure organizational adherence to legal standards and regulations.
Eligibility
- Strong understanding of labour laws and regulatory compliance practices.
- Experience in auditing, documentation, reporting, and client coordination.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and compliance software.
- Previous experience in a consulting or compliance advisory firm preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. LLB or equivalent qualifications preferred.
