Details of the Job/Internship

Lowe's India is hiring a Lead Legal Contract with experience of 6 to 8 years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Independently drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements for IT software, hardware, cloud, SAAS, consulting/advisory, and other professional services;
• Assisting in the monitoring of the contract review process to ensure compliance with Lowe’s Agreement Guidelines and satisfaction of internal business units/stakeholders;
• Ability to work from and with contract templates and playbook; and assist in continuously improvising the same;
• Assessing the risk under each contract and communicating the same to the business.

Eligibility

• Minimum 6 to 8 years of work experience in an MNC/law firm.
• LLB or LLM graduate with 6 to 8 years of work experience in an MNC/law firm.
• Experience in reviewing and drafting global, US, and Indian contracts;
  Critical thinking, good negotiation skills, excellent verbal and written communication, familiarity with various templates, ability to research;
  Initiative, flexibility, ability to adapt to different types of business functions and cultures;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and in groups; and
• Exceptional integrity and work ethic.

Salary/Stipend
