Details of the Job/Internship
Network18 is hiring a Legal Counsel with 1–5 years of experience to join its legal team in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle a wide range of civil and criminal litigation matters on behalf of the media group.
- Manage and resolve complaints, legal notices, and arbitration proceedings.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements and content licenses.
- Provide strategic advice on corporate legal matters and internal risk management.
- Conduct detailed legal analysis to solve complex operational challenges.
- Coordinate with external counsel and represent the organization’s interests in legal forums.
- Ensure all media content and business practices align with current regulatory frameworks.
Eligibility
- Law degree (LLB) from a recognized university.
- 1–5 years of professional experience in litigation and corporate legal roles.
- Proven experience in handling civil and criminal cases.
- Strong proficiency in managing arbitration and drafting high-stakes agreements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
