Details of the Job/Internship
Reflex Realty LLP is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of real estate-related contracts, including lease agreements, purchase agreements, and service contracts.
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Conduct legal research on real estate laws, regulations, and case law and provide legal opinions and analysis to support business decisions and strategies.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local real estate laws and regulations.
- Review title reports, zoning laws, environmental reports, and other due diligence documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all legal and compliance-related materials.
- Advise management and other departments on legal matters related to real estate operations.
- Provide training and guidance on legal issues to staff as needed.
Eligibility
- English Proficiency (Spoken), English Proficiency (Written), Labour laws, Marathi Proficiency(Spoken), Research and Analytics, Negotiation & Problem-solving.
