Perimeter security provides no protection within the organization’s internal networks which carry up to 85% of all traffic. Details of the Job/Internship

ColorTokens is hiring a Legal Associate Manager to join them in their Bengaluru office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Must have at least 12-14 years of relevant industry experience.
• Must have worked at a managerial level handling a team of at least 2-3 employees.
• Fluent in spoken and written communication with good drafting, review and negotiation skills.
• Have predominantly worked in the IT/SaaS/Software Products industry with expertise on dealing with commercial contracts with risk mitigation.
• Must have good understanding and work experience of handing IP, licensing, partnership agreements in various geographies.
• Apart from working on India contracts, good exposure the global compliance requirements especially in Europe and US with knowledge of relevant laws as well.
• Sound knowledge of data protection and privacy issues and relevant legislations and compliance issues.
• Added advantage of having worked on employment matters, litigation or advisory matter along with good research skills.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in law.
• 10+ years of experience in contract management or other relevant experience with a law firm or corporate legal department.

Salary/Stipend
