Pirgal Consulting is hiring a Legal Associate to handle property law and income tax matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on property-related matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts and agreements.
• Handle property disputes and represent the organization in legal proceedings.
• Conduct research on income tax laws and regulations.
• Assist in drafting responses, appeals, and documentation for tax cases.
• Represent the company in court hearings and legal forums.
• Prepare legal documents and ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and support ongoing legal matters.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree with Bar Council of India enrollment.
• Interest or basic knowledge in property law and income tax.
• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
