Details of the Job/Internship

Al Ramsy Advocates and Legal Consultancy is hiring a Legal Consultant with experience of 5 to 8 years to join their office in Dubai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and support to clients.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Ensure clients comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to address client needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest legal developments and trends.
• Guide on complex legal issues.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation.
• Assist clients with risk management and mitigation.
• Advise clients on legal rights and obligations.
• Prepare and deliver legal presentations and reports.
• Conduct due diligence and legal audits.
• Support clients in dispute resolution and litigation.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of client information.
• Provide training and education on legal matters to clients and staff.
• Contribute to the development of legal policies and procedures.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from an accredited institution. Additional certifications or degrees related to UAE law, corporate law, or compliance are highly desirable.
• 5-8 years of legal experience, with a strong focus on contracts, corporate law, regulatory compliance, and labor laws in the UAE. Experience in diversified business sectors is highly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, arbitration, regulatory frameworks, and mergers & acquisitions.
• Proven expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts with strong attention to detail and a focus on mitigating risks.
• A strong commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards, with a focus on professionalism and integrity.
• Ability to assess complex legal scenarios, analyze risks, and provide strategic, business-centric legal advice.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and prioritizing work to meet tight deadlines across different business units.
