JPMorganChase is hiring a Legal Entity Controller - Associate to join them in Mumbai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Preparation, review, and submission of regulatory returns and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Managing regulatory Automation agenda for LEC.
• Review of new product launch from regulatory, accounting, reporting and control view point.
• Ensure timely submission of all regulatory returns.
• Accuracy & Compliance: Maintain accuracy in all reporting processes, identify discrepancies, and ensure all reports meet regulatory standards.
• Addressing any regulatory reporting issue promptly and accurately.

Eligibility

• Possess strong process and control mindset and keen attention to detail.
• Mature, independent, self-motivated, conscientious, able to work under pressure and drive changes.
• Good Stakeholder Management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative team player with a proactive approach.

Salary/Stipend
