Details of the Job/Internship

Collabera is hiring a Legal Executive to join their office in Vadodara.

Role and Responsibilities

• Reviewing the terms and conditions of various contracts (Staffing, Direct Hire, Managed Services)and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Resolving queries regarding contract obligations and revisions.
• Advising on workarounds for contract roadblocks and solutions to mitigate contract risks.
• Standardizing, improvising and vetting various agreements/contracts
• Giving sign-off on the matters referred to the Contracts department
• Understanding complex contracts and breaking down the issues based on criticality level and suggesting solutions.
• Providing efficient back-end support to the Legal Department.
• Acting as the primary contact between the Delivery Team and Sub-contractors, ensuring that all legal and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly
• Preparing reports and keeping track of all the exceptions, for the perusal of the senior management.

Eligibility

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Graduate in Law (LLB) or equivalent with desired experience of 1 year.
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Attention to detail.
• Organization/Coordination skills.

Salary/Stipend
