Details of the Job/Internship
ideaForge is hiring a Legal Intern to join their Legal Team in Navi Mumbai. The role offers exposure to contract management, digital execution of agreements, and cross-functional coordination.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in contract lifecycle management activities, including uploading, tracking, and digital execution of agreements.
- Maintain and update agreement trackers to ensure compliance and timely follow-ups.
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries or notes to support the Legal Team.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments for execution and closure of agreements such as NDAs and SLAs.
- Support the Legal Team in documentation and administrative functions as required.
Eligibility
- Law graduates (LL.B./B.Com. LL.B. or equivalent) preferred.
- Prior exposure or familiarity with CLM tools and their functionality is highly desirable.
- Basic knowledge of contract law, legal drafting, and corporate legal processes.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
