Details of the Job/Internship

Tumodo.io is offering a 1-month Legal Internship for motivated individuals to gain hands-on experience in corporate law, contracts, compliance, and intellectual property within a fast-growing tech environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research on regulations relevant to corporate and travel-tech operations.
• Support compliance initiatives and risk assessment activities.
• Maintain and update internal legal records and databases.
• Collaborate with legal and business teams on day-to-day tasks and special projects.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing or recently completed LLB/LLM.
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Interest in corporate, commercial, technology law, and intellectual property.
• Hands-on experience with corporate litigation and compliance issues is a plus.
