Details of the Job/Internship

ICICI Lombard is hiring a Legal Manager to join them in their Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Contract review, drafting and negotiation including any related documents.
• Corporate advisory⁠.
• ⁠Assist in implementation of statutory/ regulatory compliances.
• ⁠Liaison with external law firms & legal experts (domestic & international).
• ⁠MIS.
• Preparation of NDAs, MSAs, SLAs and other agreements.

Eligibility

•  Experience in to Contract Life Cyle Management, Contract Management.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiations.
• Team player.
• ⁠⁠Good Interpersonal skills.
• ⁠Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
