Details of the Job/Internship

Legodesk is hiring a Legal Network Manager with experience of 2–5 years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and engage qualified lawyers across India by matching the right advocate to the appropriate matter based on jurisdiction, domain expertise, and capacity.
• Act as the central coordinator between clients and lawyers, ensuring all interactions, updates, and escalations are tracked and managed end-to-end on Legodesk.
• Ensure legal documents, notices, case files, and supporting artefacts are delivered to lawyers accurately and on time with no gaps in the chain of custody.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and lawyers while resolving conflicts and managing expectations to ensure consistent service quality.
• Proactively expand the lawyer network across geographies, conduct due diligence, onboard verified advocates, and maintain an updated network database.
• Take ownership of responsibilities, manage multiple moving parts calmly and precisely, and coordinate across cities with occasional travel.

Eligibility

• LLB or equivalent legal background preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in legal operations, legal BPO, legaltech, or related roles.
• Familiarity with debt recovery frameworks.
• Comfort using legal practice management tools such as Legodesk or similar platforms.
• Strong communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
• An existing network of lawyers across multiple states is a strong advantage.

Salary/Stipend
