It is a fast-growing firm that has secured a prominent place in West Bengal for its outstanding proficiency in infrastructural as well as architectural jobs. At present, it is engaged in infrastructural jobs which involve the development of 2000 sqkm. Its architectural jobs span more than a 10 million sqft.
Details of the Job/Internship
RADIANT is hiring a Legal Specialist to join them at Port Blair office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Legal Advisory: Offer expert legal advice and support to project teams on all aspects of tourism-related master planning and PPP projects.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual standards.
- Project Compliance: Oversee and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements across all phases of project development and implementation.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with government authorities, private sector partners, and other stakeholders to support legal aspects of project planning and execution.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with tourism infrastructure projects and development initiatives.
Eligibility
- Education: Master’s degree in law.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of legal experience, including at least three projects in master planning or PPP within the tourism sector.
- Skills: Strong expertise in contract law, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management within tourism infrastructure and PPP frameworks.
