Details of the Job/Internship
Jain Group is hiring a Litigation Officer to manage legal disputes and litigation matters in the Real Estate and Hospitality sectors. The role focuses on case management, legal research, strategy development, and coordination with external counsel.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent the company in court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Prepare legal briefs, pleadings, and other court documents.
- Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support cases.
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
- Collaborate with external counsel on complex matters and manage legal costs.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and conduct risk assessments.
- Maintain accurate litigation records and case files.
- Prepare reports on litigation status and provide recommendations for legal strategies.
Eligibility
- Law degree. Admission to the bar preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in litigation, preferably in real estate or hospitality.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in case management and court procedures.
