Spark Legal is hiring a Learning & Development Intern for a minimum 3-month remote internship starting 5 January 2026. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Research market trends and developments within the venture ecosystem.
• Analyse real transactions to understand decision drivers and deal evolution.
• Prepare structured learning material for internal knowledge frameworks.
• Work closely with the team to support ongoing learning and development initiatives.

Eligibility

• Interest in venture ecosystem, transactions, and knowledge development.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn how deals take shape.
• Duration: Minimum 3 months (extendable).
