Details of the Job/Internship

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is hiring for the position of Managing Legal Counsel with experience of 20+ years to join their Gurugram office. 

Role and Responsibilities

BCG wishes to hire a senior lawyer who can operate across all divisions with a team of India-based commercial lawyers providing support to Indian business and other jurisdictions like (the Middle East, EMESA, etc.) and support the firm's complex client transactions in India to ensure the maximum realization of value provided by these engagements while managing exposure to the associated risks.

Eligibility

Qualified lawyer with excellent academics and 20+ years of legal experience with high technology/IP content preferably with a ‘Blue Chip' corporate or consultancy and high-quality legal training.
