Details of the Job/Internship

Linklaters is looking for a candidate for the position of Paralegal / Support Lawyer with 2+ years of experience to join them at their office in London.

Eligibility

• Support Lawyer preferably from a Commonwealth jurisdiction or Paralegal with at least 2+ years experience.
• Experience of contract negotiation due to new regulations, ideally in relation to DORA (the Digital Operational Resilience Act) 
• Prior Transactional experience is necessary.
• Top academics only.
• Must present very well and be able to deal with very senior stakeholders, show resilience and be aware that long hours may be needed from time to time.
• The ideal candidate must perform well on attention to detail, work ethic and technical abilities.

Salary/Stipend
