Details of the Job/Internship

SATGURU BUILDERS is hiring a Real Estate Legal Advisor/Counsel with 5–10 years of experience to manage legal matters related to real estate transactions, land acquisition, redevelopment, and property compliance in Mumbai and Maharashtra.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and vet sales deeds, development agreements (JDA), MOUs, NDAs, and lease deeds.
• Ensure compliance with RERA, including registrations, project updates, and agreement formats.
• Conduct title due diligence and land record verification.
• Handle property litigation matters, if applicable.
• Liaise with Chartered Accountants and Architects for compliance-related matters.
• Manage legal aspects of joint development/redevelopment projects.

Eligibility

• LLB (mandatory); LL.M. in Property Law, Real Estate Law, or Business Law preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in real estate and property law.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Maharashtra RERA rules, Companies Act, Transfer of Property Act, Stamp Act, and Registration Act.
• Experience in joint development or redevelopment projects.

Salary/Stipend
