Details of the Job/Internship
Legalmage is hiring a Junior Associate with 1–3 years of experience. The role involves handling litigation, cyber-related cases, legal investigations, and client interactions across India, with extensive travel for on-site work and court appearances.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Appear before District Courts, High Courts, forums, and tribunals.
- Provide client counselling and legal guidance.
- Handle documentation, investigation, and coordination for cybercrime and digital evidence cases.
- Travel to various locations across India for case work, client meetings, and legal proceedings.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, authorities, and stakeholders.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
- Enrolled with a State Bar Council.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively for work.
- Professional, disciplined, and adaptable to a fast-paced legal environment.
