Wipro is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel with experience of 10 months – 1.2 years to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate software license agreements, IT services contracts, cloud and hosting agreements, IT infrastructure contracts, IP licenses, online advertisement and marketing agreements, ISDA contracts, construction contracts, property-related documents, treasury contracts, structured finance documents, hardware purchase and leasing agreements, staffing contracts, IT development agreements, collaboration agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and bank guarantees.
- Provide legal support for strategic partner engagements and advise business teams on matters relating to the partner ecosystem.
- Communicate regularly with key business stakeholders and negotiate effectively while protecting the interests of the company.
Eligibility
- 10 months – 1.2 years of relevant legal experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good academic credentials.
- Understanding of software license compliance issues, including open source software and SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS related copyright issues.
- Knowledge of legal and compliance issues relating to cross-border transactions and data protection.
