As a Legal Intern at Divyesh Maheshwari & Associates, you will have the opportunity to work closely with their team of experienced advocates and legal consultants. You will assist in legal research, drafting documents, preparing case briefs, and supporting their attorneys in various legal tasks.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research on case law, statutes and acts.- Assisting in drafting legal documents such as briefs, writ petitions and contracts.
- Observing court proceedings and client meetings.
- Providing administrative support to legal staff as needed.
Eligibility
- Currently enrolled in a law degree program (LLB or equivalent).
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Prior legal internship experience is preferred but not required.
