Details of the Job/Internship
Aeren LPO is currently seeking a Senior Legal Associate based in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-level legal support, including contract management, document review, litigation support, and more. This role entails collaborating closely with legal teams and assisting prestigious clients, including elite law firms, global corporations' in-house legal departments, and renowned legal publishing houses. Role and Responsibilities
- Perform contract management tasks, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and client specifications.
- Conduct thorough document reviews, analyzing legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in e-discovery processes, including data collection, processing, and analysis.
- Provide litigation support by preparing legal documents, organizing evidence, and assisting with case strategy.
- Offer merger and acquisition support, conducting due diligence and assisting in transactional matters.
- Collaborate closely with a team of legal attorneys to provide comprehensive legal assistance.
- Serve elite law firms, offering specialized support tailored to their unique needs.
- Partner with in-house legal departments of global corporations to address various legal challenges.
- Support renowned legal publishing houses in their content development and regulatory compliance efforts.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of legal practices and procedures.
- Experience in contract management, document review, and litigation support.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Law degree or equivalent qualification.
