Responsibilities

1) You will personally help 100+ students per month - in one-on-one sessions for freelancing.

 2) You may have to help people with creating freelance job profiles on platforms like Upwork & Fiverr too + assist with fine-tuning LinkedIn profiles as well.

3) You will be spending at least 5 hours per day on recorded calls over Zoom, and in sessions with different students. The rest of your time may be involved in collaboration with other teams, preparation, and administrative work.

4) You would be expected to improve your knowledge and understanding of the legal recruitment industry over time which must reflect in the quality of advice you give to our learners.

Minimum Requirement and Qualifications

1) Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline with a min of  1-4 years of prior experience, preferably in Human resources or the legal field.

2) Should have good communication skills.

3) Great listening and analytical skills.

4) Confident in mentoring students on Zoom.
