SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
You are legally bound by this Shipping and delivery policy. We are delivering the primary educational/ training materials/ tutorials/ assignments/ tests/ exams through our dedicated Learning Management System (LMS) immediately on receiving payment and latest within 24-48 hours. You will receive the login credentials to the LMS over your registered email address immediately on making the payment.
You will also be receiving a welcome call assisting you though the LMS portal within 48 hours of your payment to make your journey easy and smooth. You are recommended to obtain this welcome call before you start with your classes and assignments. You may also write to [email protected] requesting for a welcome call with your preferred date and time in case you have missed your welcome call for any reason.
In addition to access to the LMS, we are committed to deliver all hardcopy materials, if applicable to your purchase, with good quality packaging within a span of 22 working days (excluding Sundays & Public holidays) under normal circumstances. We make all commercially reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Product(s) are delivered to end users in a timely fashion. To ensure that the order reaches in a good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed logistics companies and will be delivered to you after one time password (OTP) verification only.
LMS LOGIN RELATED ISSUES:
Kindly write to [email protected] of the company for any kind of issues related to login into the LMS portal preferably with a screenshot of the error. Our support executives will reach back to you with proper resolution as soon as possible and preferably within 24-48 hours. CHANGE OF REGISTERED EMAIL ADDRESS:
Please write to [email protected] for any correction and or change of your registered email address after filling up the registration form.
HARDCOPY DELIVERY REATTEMPT:
If you are unable to receive the delivery for any reason, the delivery partner will make 2 more attempts to make the delivery. Ordinarily, Most orders are delivered within 5 working days across India. If you fail to receive the delivery even on the third attempt, we reserve the right to cancel the order at its sole discretion.
We make reasonable endeavours in ensuring that the delivery is done in a timely manner, delivery may be delayed on account of enforceable third party interventions or any act of God, for example:
- Unsuitable weather conditions;
- Political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, Govt. directed lockdowns, etc.
- Floods, earthquakes, etc.; and
- Enforceable government Authority compliance and or interventions
CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS:
You are not allowed to change the delivery address after shipping is done. However, you can cancel and or refuse the delivery in the given address. You can make a request for change of delivery address after cancellation of the earlier order and it will be subject to additional delivery charges.
DELIVERY CHARGES:
Deliveries are done on prepaid basis only, no separate delivery charges payable on the delivery.

WHAT IF YOU RECEIVED THE HARDCOPY MATERIALS IN DAMAGED CONDITION?
Kindly do not accept that the delivery of the package is broken and or damaged and or wet. If you find the product is damaged and in unacceptable condition, please take pictures and submit your grievances immediately to the support email address as mentioned at the bottom of the webpage and or through the contact us page within 24 hours of receipt of the package. Post validation we will ensure that a new order is placed for no additional cost.
