This is a full-time remote role for an Associate - Performance Coaching. As an Associate - Performance Coaching, you will work closely with our students to provide high-quality performance coaching and mentorship. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting assessments, providing personalized feedback, and creating actionable plans for improvement. You will also collaborate with other team members to develop effective coaching strategies and materials, as well as to stay up-to-date on the latest trends in performance coaching.
-Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience.
-Experience in coaching, training, teaching, mentoring, or related field.
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with diverse groups of people.
-Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls from students in a timely manner.
-Follow a professional tone and conversation when handling different topics.
-Identify students’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives by teaming up with various teams.
-Seize opportunities to motivate students to apply for different placement opportunities provided by Lawsikho/Skillarbitrage team and keep them motivated to complete the course/assignments on time.
-Report student escalations to the manager.
-Build sustainable relationships and engage students by taking the extra mile.
-Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way.
-Frequently attend on-boarding/pre-onboarding seminars to improve quick resolutions for students.
-Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
-Week-offs will be managed by the manager and it will be on weekdays.
Minimum Requirement and Qualifications
-Previous experience in a customer support role or student experience role will be given preference but candidates with fast learning abilities will also be trained for the role .
-.Track record of over-achieving quota.
-Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
-.Familiarity with Google sheet, google documents, google drive, google meet, and Zoom calls.
-Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
-Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
