Responsibilities
1) Business Development: Identify, pitch, and secure new business clients, focusing on India-to-India and India-to-abroad markets.
2) Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to capture new business opportunities in service sales in India and abroad.
3) Client Management: Build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
4) Lead Generation: Drive lead generation efforts and convert potential leads into successful partnerships.
5) Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. - Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and competition, ensuring Skill Arbitrage stays competitive in the market.
6) Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver client solutions that align with their needs.
Minimum Requirement and Qualifications
1) Experience: Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience
2) Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of LPO will be highly preferred.
3) Market Focus: Proven experience handling India-to-India or India-to-US business deals.
4) Client Acquisition: A strong track record of successfully acquiring and managing corporate clients.
5) Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate at a senior level.
6) Self-Driven: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.
