Responsibilities
• Convert warm leads into successful enrolments through persuasive communication.
• Conduct detailed counselling sessions via calls and virtual meetings with decision-makers.
• Achieve daily call and call-time targets as defined by the organization.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
• Execute structured follow-ups via email and system-generated calls.
• Identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers using provided and digital leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admissions experience.
• Adopt a consultative selling approach to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction
• Closing enrolments by engaging with working professionals through a consultative sales approach.
• Handling 100–120 warm outbound calls per day (no cold calling).
• Managing daily interactions with approximately 5 high-intent prospects, each call lasting 20–25 minutes.
• Driving revenue through structured follow-ups and effective objection handling
Minimum Requirement and Qualifications
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales
• Proven experience in closure/closing deals
• Candidates with strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
