Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow LawSikho's online communities across WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, and LinkedIn.
  • Design and run engagement initiatives — challenges, AMAs, webinars, and peer groups.
  • Moderate discussions and maintain a positive, inclusive community environment.
  • Gather community feedback and relay insights to relevant teams.
  • Track engagement metrics and report on community health weekly.

Minimum Requirement and Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in community management, social media, or customer success.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse professionals.
  • Passion for legal education and professional development.
  • Experience managing online communities at scale is preferred.
