Responsibilities
● Making Inbound & Outbound calls.
● Provide program information to customers over the call clearly and
effectively.
● Counselling of prospects and selling of different Law and related courses.
● Creating a sales pipeline and converting leads to meet and exceed targets.
● Upselling and cross-selling relevant courses to enrolled students.
● Ensuring post-sales servicing as per the set standards.
● Generating leads, preparing MIS & selling courses to the prospect leads.
● Respond to customer service calls. In case of inbound calls, hand holding the
students/professionals till the enrolment process is completed.
Minimum Requirement and Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) mandatory; LLM preferred.
● Prior experience in academic counselling, admissions, or student support (law background preferred).
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Good understanding of legal education structure and career pathways.
● Student-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.
● Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, email systems).
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
