Responsibilities

We’re expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as a Counselling Trainee. This is a 100% remote role.
This opportunity is perfect for freshers or professionals from non-sales backgrounds looking to build a career in counselling. Please note that we are not hiring experienced sales professionals for this position— we’re looking for fresh energy and a willingness to learn. You’ll be responsible for working with warm leads, engaging with decision makers, and doing persistent follow-ups to help guide prospects through our Courses. This is not a cold calling role, but it does require strong communication and a consistent outreach mindset.
Minimum Requirement and Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or students in their final year
- Professionals from non-sales backgrounds looking for a career switch
- Candidates with strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
- Candidates with basic Tech comfort— experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus, but not mandatory
