Responsibilities

1. Student Support:

○ Assist students in building effective strategies to pass the patent agent examination. ○ Manage students' learning outcomes, mentor them, and provide encouragement.

2. Course Management:

○ Manage the Net Promoter Score (NPS) of the course allocated to you.

○ Continuously improve the course content and pedagogy with new ideas and feedback.

3. Content Development:

○ Develop and update course materials, including reading materials, PPTs, and other reference materials to aid students in their preparation.

4. Interactive Teaching:

○ Conduct live sessions, webinars, and interactive discussions to engage with students.

○ Provide clear and concise explanations of complex concepts to ensure students' understanding.

5. Assessment and Feedback:

○ Design and grade assessments to track students' progress.

○ Provide detailed feedback to help students improve their performance. If you are passionate about helping others succeed and meet the above criteria, we would love to hear from you!

Minimum Requirement and Qualifications

● You have successfully cleared your Patent Agent Examination.

● You possess an extensive understanding of the patent agent examination process, including the stages, timelines, eligibility criteria, passing criteria, and the subjects tested.

● Your passion lies in coaching and teaching. You thrive on helping others learn, overcome their limitations, and grow.

● You have excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, and can convey complex information in an understandable way.

● Perfect English proficiency is non-negotiable.

● You have strong analytical skills and writing skills, capable of working with abstract ideas and situations.

● Remote work is important to you, and you prefer a flexible work environment. We welcome individuals from small towns and different time zones. Our team operates from 8 different countries.

● You want to teach but find the traditional academic environments restrictive and prefer a place where your innovation and enthusiasm are encouraged.
