Responsibilities
1) Partners with leadership to align HR strategy to business strategy.
2) Provides day-to-day coaching and support on variety of areas including employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application, talent management and development.
3) Co-facilitates the New Employee Orientation program for new hires.
4) Manage the Offboarding process of team members
5) Leads and supports annual HR cycle deliverables to include Performance Management, rewards & recognition.
6) Handling the insurance process for team members.
7) Partners with the department for Attendance & Leave management and Compensation and Benefits.
8) Handle the employee grievances and offer them proper support and resolution.
9) Handle the stakeholders and take care of the overall stakeholder management mechanism.
Minimum Requirement and Qualifications
1) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2) Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas, especially employee relations and change management.
3) Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high-growth, fast-paced environment.
4) Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
5) Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward.
