Responsibilities
Course Development: Design and develop engaging, high-quality courses that cater to the needs of healthcare professionals aiming to work internationally. This includes preparation for exams like the NCLEX.
Research: Conduct thorough research to understand the requirements and challenges faced by healthcare professionals in different countries, particularly Canada, the UK, Germany, and the Middle East.
Curriculum Design: Create a comprehensive curriculum that covers essential skills, knowledge, and certifications required for international healthcare practice.
Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare institutions, licensing bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure our courses are relevant and up-to-date.
Team Leadership: Lead a team of subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other professionals to deliver top-notch educational content.
Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure all courses meet the highest educational standards.
Student Support: Develop support mechanisms to assist students in their learning journey and their transition to working abroad.
Minimum Requirement and Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in developing educational programs for healthcare professionals, preferably with a focus on international migration.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of the requirements for healthcare professionals working in Canada, the UK, Germany, the Middle East, and other key destinations.
NCLEX Expertise: Familiarity with the NCLEX exam and other relevant certifications is highly desirable.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a team.
Education: A background in healthcare, education, or a related field.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
