Responsibilities

● Shaping the Vision: You'll define and share the vision and strategy for our ongoing and upcoming projects. 

● Team Collaboration: Work closely with our engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to bring features to life. Hire and manage the team as per the requirements. 

● Listening to Users: Conduct market research and gather user feedback to help us make the best decisions and prioritize features. 

● Building the Product: Develop detailed product requirements and specifications.

● Managing the Lifecycle: Product development process from idea to launch, making sure everything aligns with our goals. 

● Keeping an Eye on Performance: Monitor how the product is doing, listen to user feedback, and make improvements based on data. 

● Staying Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with industry trends, competitors, and new technologies in the legal tech space. 

Minimum Requirement and Qualifications

● Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in legal tech.

●A strong grasp of AI and related technologies. 

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 

● Ability to turn complex technical ideas into user-friendly features.

● Great communication and people skills. 

● Experience with market research. 

● Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.

● A passion for innovation and an interest in the legal industry.
