Responsibilities

Rapid Prototyping: Quickly create interactive prototypes to demonstrate functionality and user flows, allowing for early-stage testing and iteration.

Wireframing: Develop detailed wireframes that outline the structure, navigation, and functionality of the application interfaces, ensuring user-centered design principles.

Figma Design: Use Figma to design high-fidelity UI components, screens, and entire interfaces, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.

User Research & Testing: Collaborate with UX researchers to gather insights and iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

 

Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain the design system, ensuring a cohesive visual language across all digital products.

 

Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the design team.

 

Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, user flow diagrams, and interaction guidelines.

 

Minimum Requirement and Qualifications

Experience: 4-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong focus on rapid prototyping, wireframing, and interface design.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD).

 

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including examples of wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.

 

Understanding of Design Principles: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.

 

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

 

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically to overcome design challenges.

 

Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect designs and a high level of quality in all deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with user research and usability testing.

• Knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

• Experience working in an Agile or Scrum development environment.
