No. We are a legal ed tech company assisting students and professionals for gaining access to practical legal education. Since we believe that there is an absence of a bridge that connects these professionals to the employment world, we are providing these freelancers assistance to placements and mentorship at national and international level. This is completely pro bono and no hiring fees are charged.

2. Agreement and Costing

No, LawSikho would not be entering into any form of contract with the recruiter. We would be assisting the client/recruiter with only sharing of Top 1% profiles according to their requirements. In case the recruiter wants to sign any form of contract with the candidate, the same shall be dealt directly between the candidate and the recruiter.

The candidate would be directly hired and working as a freelancer for the recruiter. LawSikho would only aid you in sharing the best profiles and assisting in the total end to end operations of finding the suitable candidate for you.

LawSikho would be providing you the candidates at no hiring cost. Yes, we won't be charging any cut/fees from you. The amount earned by the candidate directly goes into his/her account.
