I want to see the office spaceOur head office is stationed at ……Due to current COVID guidelines, we are operating remotely. However we can connect virtually if you wish to speak to us.
Are you a freelancing company?No. We are a legal ed tech company assisting students and professionals for gaining access to practical legal education. Since we believe that there is an absence of a bridge that connects these professionals to the employment world, we are providing these freelancers assistance to placements and mentorship at national and international level. This is completely pro bono and no hiring fees are charged.

2. Agreement and Costing
Is LawSikho going to enter into any agreement with us for providing the resources?No, LawSikho would not be entering into any form of contract with the recruiter. We would be assisting the client/recruiter with only sharing of Top 1% profiles according to their requirements. In case the recruiter wants to sign any form of contract with the candidate, the same shall be dealt directly between the candidate and the recruiter.
Will the candidate be hired by me or you?The candidate would be directly hired and working as a freelancer for the recruiter. LawSikho would only aid you in sharing the best profiles and assisting in the total end to end operations of finding the suitable candidate for you.
What price is LawSikho going to charge?LawSikho would be providing you the candidates at no hiring cost. Yes, we won't be charging any cut/fees from you. The amount earned by the candidate directly goes into his/her account.
Do I require you to pre-pay any amount to the candidate?
Do I need to worry about the taxes applicable?

In how much time will the candidate be available to me?Your candidate would be handed over to you in 48 hours

Would the candidate work as per my time zoneThe candidate would be available to you 24*7 as per your time zone.
For how long can I hire the candidate?As long as the project requires. If a candidate is available for a limited period of time, we will let you know right at the time when we share the profiles.
Can I interview the candidate by myself?Yes, of course.
Do you have any replacement process in case the candidate doesn’t perform well?Yes, you can request for a replacement within ___ hours / days of hiring, but not later.
What should I do in case my candidate gets sick or takes a long leaveYou can ask for a replacement.
