The Centre for Environment, Sustainability and Climate Justice established by GNLU (GCESCJ), offers to study, research, and provide expert consultation in environmental matters. The Centre aims to provide a platform and voice to all stakeholders, including people at the grassroots, the government, industries, experts and administrative authorities.

ICCJSE is a flagship event of GCESCJ which aims to serve as a vital platform for addressing the most pressing environmental challenges of their time. This multidisciplinary gathering brings together leading researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and international judges to share cutting-edge insights, best practices, and innovative approaches to combating climate change and promoting sustainability and climate justice.

Submission Guidelines

Title of the Paper to be at the top. 
Name of the Authors to be written under the title in the following format: Name,Designation, Affiliated organisation; Co-author Name, Co author Designation, Co-author Affiliated Organisation (if any).

Formatting Guidelines

• Font: Times New Roman, 12 for body, 14 for headings, 12 for sub-headings, and 10 for
• footnotes.
• Margins: Top, Bottom, Left and Right - 2.5 cm.
• Spacing: Line spacing of 1.5 for body and 1.0 for footnotes.
• Word Limit: Maximum 15,000 words (including footnotes).
• Page Numbers: Bottom center.
• Alignment and Layout: Justified text, A4 size.
• Citation Style: Bluebook 20th edition.
• Originality: Submitted papers must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. 
• Plagiarism Policy: Papers with plagiarism exceeding 10% will be automatically disqualified.
• Use of AI is prohibited. 
• Co-authorship of upto 2 (two) authors is permissible.

Registration Fees (if any)

• For Foreign Academicians, Professionals and Others: USD 100.
• For Indian Academicians, Professionals and Others: INR 1000.
• For Foreign Students: 50 USD.
• For Indian Students: 500 INR.

Awards

• Winner: INR 25,000.
• 1st Runner-up: INR 15,000.
• 2nd Runner-up: INR 10,000.
• Selected papers will be published in the inaugural issue of GCESCJ’s Journal.
