Founded in 2016, Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur (MNLU, Nagpur) has rapidly distinguished itself, achieving prominence, within the short span of eight years. MNLU, Nagpur, is not merely a patron of legal education; it is actively developing future leaders of the legal profession, equipped to shape the legal landscape with intellect, integrity, and innovative approaches.
Details of the Moot Court Competition
Maharashtra National Law University Nagpur is proud to present the 4th MNLU, Nagpur National Technology Law Moot Court Competition, 2025. As one of the very few moots exclusively focused on technology law, NTLM’ 25 provides a unique opportunity for participants to delve deep into various techno-legal fields. The competition is held in an offline format, welcoming teams from all the law schools across the country.
Eligibility
- The Competition is open to students currently enrolled in LL. B. Degree Courses (3 years/5 years) in any institution recognized by the Bar Council of India.
- Each team shall consist of 2 to 3 members.
- A university is eligible to provisionally register up to two (2) teams.

Awards
- Winner:- Cash Prize of INR 40,000/-, Trophy and Certificate of Merit.
- Runners Up: Cash Prize of INR 25,000/-, Trophy and Certificate of Merit.
- Best Memorial:- Cash Prize of INR 12,000/-, Trophy and Certificate of Merit.
- Best Speaker: – Cash Prize of INR 12,000/-, Trophy and Certificate of Merit.
- Best Researcher: – Cash Prize of INR 12,000/-, Trophy and Certificate of Merit.
Registration Fees (if any)
- Stage I:- The team has to pay INR 3500/- (excluding GST) for registering for the Stage I of the competition, i.e., the Memorial Evaluation round.
- Stage II:- Teams qualifying for the memorial evaluation (State I) round are required to pay a fee of INR 4,500/- (excluding GST).
- This amount includes the accommodation and registration fee for Stage II of the competition for all qualifying teams during the competition rounds.

- Deadline for Memorial Submission: March 11, 2025.
- Release of Memorial Evaluation Rounds: March 16, 2025.
